Ingredients :
- Eggplant
- Minced pork
- Garlic - 1 big clove
- Birdeye Chili - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- White pepper - a dash
- Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Procedure :
1) Cut the eggplant and birdeye chilli.
2) Cut and minced the garlic.
3) Ready the minced pork by marinated it with white pepper.
4) Here we go, pour a little bit of oil to fry the eggplant. Is to soften and I like the taste of fried eggplant. Can skip the fry process if you don't like.
5) Then fry the garlic and birdeye chilli.
6) Add the minced pork into the pan.
7) Fry well together.
8) Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
9) Add some water then cornstarch.
10) The gravy will be thicken.
11) Add fried eggplant into the pan.
12) Stir well and a minute will be done.
