Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Bacon | 意大利面配培根





Ingredients: 
  • Main ingredient is pasta
  • Bacon - 2 pieces
  • Chili flakes
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cilantro 

Procedure:

1. Cut garlic into pieces and minced cilantro.
2. Cut the bacon into pieces as well.
3. Ready made chili flakes.
4. While you cutting or in the midst of getting the ingredients prepared. Can bring the water to a boil with added salt and olive oil. Then we can add in the pasta into the pan.
5. For about 10 minutes, the pasta should be soften. I don't need it to be too soft cause I still need to fry it later on.
6. So now, can get the pan medium heated and we can fry the bacon first. Once is cooked, is ready to take up.
7. It is time to cook the pasta now, so pour some amount of olive oil and fry the garlic first thereafter add the chili flakes in.
8. Stir well. Add the pasta and toss well together.
9. Add some pasta water to keep the pasta from drying out.
10. I added some black pepper and pinch of salt (seriously little or you can skip it)
11. Can put the bacon once the pasta look shinny. 
12. It should be almost done. Lastly, should put the minced cilantro in. 
13. It's ready to serve! yummy~~


P.S. I took longer duration while cooking this dish due to the gas is running out soon. The heat wasn't up, is very low flame....else it should be very fast. 😉
