Egg Fried Rice with Luncheon Meat |午餐肉蛋炒饭




Wowwww~ is my hubby favourite fried rice..is actually Egg Fried Rice with Luncheon Meat. I know is simple but is my own cooking recipe and is delicious! I really never thought I can cook a plate of fried rice since I really never touch cooking before this. Honestly, to tell the first time I cooked fried rice is hard and dry due to the rice we used. Really don't recommend to use basmathi rice to cook. Else you may put more water when you cook the rice to make the rice softer.


Ingredients: 
  • Birdeye Chili
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Light soy sauce
  • Dash of white pepper
  • Salt
  • Leftover rice
  • Luncheon Meat

Procedure:

1. Firstly, is to fry the garlic and birdeye chili
2. Next, put in the diced luncheon meat and fry awhile
3. Set aside then pour the egg in and stir together.
4. So here comes the leftover rice, pour it in and toss and mix it.
5. Add some light soy sauce and dash of white pepper and salt.
6. Is all depends how flavour you want the fried rice to be. I do top up a bit more of soy sauce to make it looks nicer and tasty. Just a bit....haha
