How to Chinese Stir Fry Nai Pak Vegetable




Ingredients: 
  • Minced garlic - 1 big clove
  • Nai  Pak vegetable
  • Shaoxing Wine
  • Salt  to taste

Procedure:

1. Firstly, is to fry the minced garlic till the aroma is out.
2. Is time to put in the vegetable in.
3. Till the vegetable is almost soft. 
4. Pour in some shaoxing wine and some salt to taste.
5. Done!! a very simple fry vegetable
