Red Dates Longan Goji Berries Tea




Just need a few ingredients can make such a nice cup of healthy tea. For me on a lazy day, I just pour the hot boiled water into my cup. As is only me who is having it. So I guess this will do for me. 😉
Well. This tea is beneficial to lady especially for me who lost a few tank of blood in every month. Haha. Red dates can replenish blood and improving blood circulation. Dried Longan helps on insomnia and rich in Vitamin C. Goji Berries can improve eye sight or protect our eyes (that is what my dad keep telling me) and healthy skin? Guess there are much more benefits from these 3 ingredients. Just make and drink it! 

Ingredients :
  • 4 Red Dates
  • 5 Dried Longan 
  • A bunch of Goji Berries
