Homemade Yong Tau Foo (酿豆腐) with Fish Paste Recipe



Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1. 10 Red Chilis 
2. 6 Okra
3. 2 Eggplant (eggplant skin not nice already, so peel it off)
4. Fish Paste (bought ready made)
5. Chicken Stock (1 cube)
6. Salt to taste
7. White Pepper to taste
